Issue: You receive the “Uploading Failed” error when added files are uploading
Possible Issue: There is a weak, busy, or intermittent internet connection.
Solution: Check connection, logout/login, try at another time of the day, do not leave Upload page while images are loading
Possible Issue: Size of files is very large (i.e., videos or OCTA)
Solution: Do not leave Upload page while images are loading; if possible, edit video to create a smaller file
Possible Issue: Local network security settings are blocking EXCELSIOR domains
Solution: Your IT specialist should check that the domains aren’t being blocked. The following firewall exceptions for EXCELSIOR need to be allowed for proper functioning:
excelsior.meritcro.com - The main Excelsior website
excelsior-api.meritcro.com - Required for user authentication and communication with database
excelsior.blob.core.windows.net - Required for image and file storage and access
