Issue: You receive the error “File Type Not Supported” when attempting to upload files.
This indicates that a file that was not zipped when it was dragged and dropped onto the page. When the “Add Files” browsing function is used, only supported zipped files will be available to add.
Solution: All files need to be zipped prior to upload. Delete the unsupported file by clicking on the entry and selecting the trash can to remove. Make sure that the files you intend to submit are zipped (see below), then either Drag & Drop the zipped file or browse using “Add Files” to select the zipped file for upload.
To zip files - Select all applicable files, right click and "Compress to Zip file" or "Send to" > "Compressed File":
