For certification or study image submissions, we don't require specific labeling on the file folders. We only ask that any patient identifying information is anonymized, and will primarily be looking to verify that there is no patient health information on the images (i.e. specific birth date or first and last name of the patient/subject).
When exporting certification images from the device software, the site ID and photographer's name/ initials may be used in place of the subject name, and "1/1" may be used for the month and day, if required by the software. Any year is acceptable (ex. 1/1/1900, 1/1/2000, etc.). Suggestions for sample anonymized information can be found in the Imaging Procedure Manual for the study.
