Following account registration and/or assignment to a new study in EXCELSIOR, certification queries may not be not be immediately available.
Per the certification process, MERIT imaging staff must first review prior certificates to determine if Express certification can be granted for the procedure. If Express certification is not possible, a query will then be issued to site technicians requesting submission of images for certification (Full certification).
If a technician is sure they cannot be Express certified and have sample images ready for submission, but have not yet received a query from MERIT, they may still upload the images. Go to the Study and "Imaging Certification" tab, select the procedure, and upload the sample images in a zipped file.
